The smallest but the most popular park in Uganda,120 species of mammals and 350 species of birds are recorded. This forest is one of the habitats of the Mountain Gorilla, also registered as World Heritage Site. 18 groups are habituated and only 4 permits are sold per day for the gorilla habituation.

The largest national park in Uganda,76 species of mammals and 450 species of birds are recorded. It is known for the Nile River which flows in the middle of the park and Murchison Falls, which are 40m high, also the narrowest point of the river. Savanna in the north bank is a home to large mammals like lions and elephants, Nile River is home to birds, crocodiles and hippos, Budongo Forest is home to the Chimpanzees.

The second largest national park in Uganda with 95 species of mammals and 610 species of birds. Savanna in north and south are home for large mammals like lion and elephant, Kazinga Channel is for birds, crocodile and hippo, Kyambura Gorge is for chimpanzee.

Tracking gorillas is a highlight of this trip. Walk in a rainforest with rangers and track gorillas which are endangered and the largest ape in the world. Horse safari in savannah
Ride on the back of a horse and explore the savanna. Finding and approaching wildlife while on horseback is a unique experience, it will give you quite a different feeling from normal game drives in vehicles. Persons without horse riding experience can participate in horse safari.

Boat trip to the bottom of Murchison Falls
Ascend the Victoria Nile up to the bottom of the Murchison Falls by boat. Both banks of the river are covered by deep green, also are habitats for reptiles like crocodiles and many species of birds, and resting place for hippo and buffalo. It starts at 2pm and takes about 3 hours. You have an option of getting off the boat at the bottom of falls and hike to the top of falls.

Descend the Victoria Nile to delta where the river joins Lake Albert. The wetland is covered with papyrus, also a home for many bird species including shoebill. It start at 7am and takes 4-5 hours.
